Attention NPR Freaks!
I know my posts have been somewhat serious as of late, so I wanted to lighten things up a little. I also I know there is a group of people out there that see a blog longer than three paragraphs and just click on by. So I want to keep this short.
I love people who use their artistic gifts to interpret scripture or other bring to light spiritual things in a creative way. Like Mike Lewis, some U2 songs, or animation.
One of the most creative and enjoyable things I have heard in a long time comes from an author named Jonathan Goldstein. He did a piece two years ago for This American Life about the Garden of Eden and the first two people who had to start from scratch, Adam and Eve. I have extrapolated that specific story and made it availible for you to listen to. Just click on the picture, and your download should start right after that. Enjoy, and let me know what you think.
