It's Good....Really!

First let me say that we had the most amazing church service this Sunday. I am going to do a full write up about it Monday night, but until then I have a beverage review for you.

Coke with lime. I was skepticle because beyond Cherry Coke I haven't liked any other the "flavored" cola beverages. So I was delighted the first time I tasted this beverage that it wasn't too flavored with the lime. In fact it's difficult to taste the lime at all. I was expecting it to taste like Lemon Coke (which leaves you feeling like you just sprayed Pledge on your tongue), but instead of the lime being overpowering, it was subtle. In fact it's only in the after-taste do you get the sense that there was lime in the drink at all. That leaves you with a cool and light taste in back of your throat. Since my first taste I have purchsed three more bottles and have enjoyed them very much. If you haven't tried the Lime Coke, I highly recommend you getting a 20oz bottle and giving it a swig.

On a totally different note: All you baseball "fans" out there quite complaining about the Yankees. You can't talk to someone outside of New York who doesn't think the Yankees ruined baseball because of their unlimited funds, brilliant owner, and 26 World Championships. Well the D.C. Nationals are 8 and 4 with a payroll of 45 mil. while the Yankees are 4 and 8 with a payroll of 204 mil. So quit complaining about the Yankees, they haven't even won a championship since 2000. It's not the Yankees that are ruining the game so find another excuse there's plenty of them out there. Besides how can you hate the greatest team in the history of sports?
